Founder, Butcher’s Bunches
Liz Butcher began her career in finance, working several years at First Security Bank and eventually as a private accountant.
Liz’s family has always grown an enormous garden, and Liz loves to bake, can, cook and sell produce at the farmer’s market. In 2007, Liz decided to learn from the best in the business. She left the corporate world and wrote a letter to Bill O’Block, then owner of Crumb Brothers Bakery. Within the first year, Liz started making jams at Crumb Brothers, and Butchers Bunches was born.
