Carly Fiorina is a true leader and problem solver. Her mission is to inspire and connect individuals and teams to seize opportunities and face challenges.

She has served in multiple roles throughout her career, from secretary to CEO of Hewlett Packard. She is the first woman to lead a Fortune 50 company. Under her leadership at HP, growth quadrupled and the company became the 11th largest company in the U.S.

She now focuses on giving back and serves in leadership roles for nonprofit organizations. She founded the One Woman Initiative in partnership with former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, to engage and empower women.

Fiorina was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as the chairman of the External Advisory Board of the Central Intelligence Agency after 9/11.

She is also a best-selling author and recently completed her third book, “Find Your Way.”
