Kevin Crandall leads employee development efforts at Xactware with emphasis on developing effective leaders and managers. His interest lies in engaging personnel at all levels to embrace a growth mindset and customer-centered focus. Kevin has been with Xactware over 16 years. Previous roles included leading software quality assurance, as well as, several of the company’s customer facing operations.
Kevin “grew up” professionally in the political & market research industry, running data collection centers and managing hundreds of research projects. He also had leadership roles in the broadband technology industry where his organization brought 100 Mb connectivity to the home when dial-up was still the standard.
Kevin holds degrees in psychology (BA) from Brigham Young University & organizational leadership (MA) from Gonzaga University. His volunteer work includes state & regional councils for the Utah Department of Workforce Services and various roles with the Boy Scouts of America.
