A graduate of the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, Mark has 25 years marketing and sales experience ranging from small start-ups to billion dollar companies. In his most recent experience at Progressive Leasing, Mark ran a large scale CX program that sent surveys to over 5 million customers and the collected response data helped shape customer interaction, field sales training, and partner strategy. One of Mark’s core beliefs is that the customer has all the answers!
