In 2011, Mitch Macfarlane joined Instructure to help build the Customer Success team from just three employees to nearly 230 by 2015. He also filled the role of VP of Product, driving the implementation of Scrum methodology and a design-first product process. Now, he’s thrilled to serve as Chief Operating Officer.
