Rep. V. Lowry Snow

Utah House of Representatives District 74

Lowry Snow is a practicing attorney and the founding partner of the law firm Snow Jensen & Reece in St. George where he practices in the area of real property, land use planning and commercial litigation. In 2012, Snow was appointed to fill a vacancy in the Utah House of Representatives representing the citizens of District 74 in Washington County. In addition to his several legislative committee assignments, Snow also serves as the co-chair of both the Point of the Mountain Development Commission and the Point of the Mountain Authority, which is charged with overseeing the planning, development and disposition of the state’s 700-acre prison site in Draper.
