V. Lowry Snow

Utah House of Representatives Representing District 74

Snow is a practicing attorney and the founding partner of the law firm Snow Jensen & Reece in St. George where he practices in the area of real property, land use planning and commercial litigation.

In 2012, Snow was appointed to fill a vacancy in the Utah House of Representatives representing citizens of District 74 in Washington County. In addition to his several legislative committee assignments, Snow also serves as the co-chair of both the Point of the Mountain Development Commission and the Point of the Mountain Authority which is charged with overseeing the planning, development and disposition of the state’s 700-acre prison site in Draper.

Snow has been actively involved with economic development in Utah having served as Chairman of the Washington County Economic Development Council and as a board member of both the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) and the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCU).
